Wage and hour collective and class actions. Sasha represents workers in FLSA collective actions and in hybrid actions that also include state-law class claims under Rule 23. Examples include unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, and misclassification affecting groups of employees. For larger matters, he partners with experienced class action co-counsel. Sasha and his co-counsel colleagues have represented thousands of collective and class members in wage theft disputes.

Consumer class actions. The firm also pursues select consumer class actions, including false advertising and unwanted robocalls or spam texts under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). These cases are handled with experienced national class action co-counsel, who may perform substantial work on the matter.
