Discrimination and harassment
Federal law and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age (40 and over), and disability. They also prohibit harassment severe or pervasive enough to change your working conditions.
Sasha represents employees in claims before the EEOC and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, and in state and federal court.
